Preparing for your first appointment

Baptist Cancer Center wants to help our patients understand what to expect at their first appointment. A cancer diagnosis is difficult not only for patients but their loved ones as well. Having a support team has been proven to improve patient's recovery and attitude throughout their treatment and at Baptist we want to be a part of your cancer fighting team. 

So if you have recently been diagnosed and would like more information before your appointment, please see our information for new patients. We also offer a multitude of support services for our patients and their friends and family.

Preparing for an inpatient stay

Cancer patients may need inpatient treatment. Baptist Cancer Centers include a variety of inpatient cancer care units to help our patients recovery after surgeries, avoid infection, and address complex care needs.
