This activity is designed for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, allied health professionals, oncologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, urologists, registered nurses and pharmacists.

There is no charge to attend this educational activity. Physician participants can claim CME credits for a flat fee of $70. Payment is to be made upon registration.
